Gateway Goes Platinum

The Gateway Project in the City of Scottsdale has just received the highest rating for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The project originally designated as a gold level project was pushed by design and construction changes to attain the Platinum LEED Rating.
