Valley Rain is proud to be recognized in the construction industry for its contributions in building quality “Open Space” projects in our Arizona communities.  Our spirit of cooperation is evident on each project whether it is Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager @Risk (CMAR) or Job Order Contracts (JOC). 

There is a passion at Valley Rain to be imaginative and look beyond the obvious, to draw from past experience and to collaborate with others to produce solutions with effective results.   Our teams are known for their creativity, professionalism and the ability to self-perform a wide variety of trades, all of which are performed with the best interest of the owner and ultimately, the end user in mind.
